Faktury pro odběratele
Za účelem zjednodušení administrativního postupu při vystavování daňových dokladů společnostmi skupiny Třinecké železárny/Moravia Steel, jsou na této internetové aplikaci obchodního portálu daňové doklady, umožňující jejich přijímání v elektronické podobě („elektronické faktury“), vše za podmínek odsouhlasených dohodou mezi oběma zúčastněnými stranami a v souladu s ust. § 26 odst. 3 zákona č. 235/2004 Sb., o dani z přidané hodnoty.
Customer Invoices
In order to simplify the administrative procedure of issuing tax documents by companies within the Třinecké železárny/Moravia Steel Group, tax documents are located at this Internet application of the sales portal, which enable their reception in the electronic form (“electronic invoices”), all under the terms and conditions approved under the agreement between both the participating parties and in accordance with provisions of Section 26(3) of the Value Added Tax Act, No. 235/2004 Coll.
Kundenrechnung
Zwecks des vereinfachten Verwaltungsverfahrens bei der Ausstellung von Steuerbelegen seitens einzelner Gesellschaften der Gruppe Třinecké železárny/Moravia Steel liegen in diesem Internet-Benutzerprogramm des Geschäftsportals Steuerbelege vorhanden, die deren Eingang in elektronischer Form ermöglichen („Elektronische Rechnungen“), und zwar unter den durch die Vereinbarung beider Vertragsschließenden abgestimmten Bedingungen und im Einklang mit den Bestimmungen des § 26 Abs. 3 des Mehrwertsteuergesetzes Nr. 235/2004 Slg.
